Until a system is in place that can effectively trace palm oil to the plantation to confirm the sustainability and management techniques of the production we will not use Palm oil or Palm Kernel Oil in our formulations. ** Because we are running very low on our dehydrated holy basil, this tea will not be available much longer! It will be back mid summer at least. This dried herbal tea was created for our granddaughter as she began kindergarten. It helped her stay calm and balanced in her new environment. Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, Tulsi, Rose petals, Red Clover blossoms, Lemon balm and Stevia leaf. Herbs are grown here on the farm or sourced from organic growers. Makes four quarts: use 1/2 cup tea for one quart boiling water. Put your tea in a quart mason jar and pour boiling water to fill, cover for 20 minutes to over night if desired for iced tea. Strain and enjoy!

Farm grown flowers and leaves grown, harvested and low temp dehydrated Trifolium pratense, commonly called Red clover. A beautiful tea for maintaining health. Blood building, alkalizing, moving lymph, assimilating nutrients and removing metabolic waste are some of it's attributes. We are usually challenged by the rabbits in harvesting these beautiful flowers, but I'm very excited about a new deer and rodent fence system that should be very helpful this season for not sharing so much!

My take on the traditional herbal folk remedy “Fire Cider”. A spicy blend of antioxidant and vitamin rich foods and herbs infused in raw apple cider vinegar for 1 month, then strained and slightly sweetened with raw local honey. With garlic, ginger, horseradish, lime, cranberries, turmeric, rosemary, hibiscus, jalapenos & onion. Take 1-3 Tbsp daily as a warming preventative tonic during cold & flu season and to clear the sinuses when congested. Enjoy in soups, stews, lentils, salad dressing or in water.
