This dried herbal tea was created for our granddaughter as she began kindergarten. It helped her stay clam and balanced in her new environment. Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, Tulsi, Rose petals, Red Clover blossoms, Lemon balm and Stevia leaf. Herbs are grown here on the farm or sourced from organic growers. Makes four quarts: use 1/2 cup tea for one quart boiling water. Put your tea in a quart mason jar and pour boiling water to fill, cover for 20 minutes to over night if desired for iced tea. Strain and enjoy!

Lemon balm is loved by bees as well as humans of all ages. We use it in our Happy Kid's Tea blend, along with holy basil. Farm grown flowers and leaves grown, harvested and low temp dehydrated Trifolium pratense, commonly called Red clover. A beautiful tea for maintaining health. Blood building, alkalizing, moving lymph, assimilating nutrients and removing metabolic waste are some of it's attributes. We are usually challenged by the rabbits in harvesting these beautiful flowers, but I'm very excited about a new deer and rodent fence system that should be very helpful this season for not sharing so much!
