Half price!! This is still the same great garlic. It has just started sprouting. You'll get 3 sprouted bulbs medium size for just $3.00. I cut the clove down the middle vertically and pull out the sprout after I've pealed it. Then just mince it up in your meal like you normally do. But I've also minced it up sprout in all, it has just a slightly bitter taste like that. Most people don't notice it though. These just won't be as good for roasting in the oven.

Famed among chefs for being one the best varieties of Garlic! The small bulbs are great for using 1 whole bulb in your meal instead of individual cloves. The large & medium bulbs are great for roasting in the oven or like I do, the lazy way, simmer the individual peeled cloves in olive oil with a lid on the cooktop for about 15 minutes, add salt, basil, oregano, parsley and bon appetite! The large bulbs are about 2"-2 1/2+" wide, the medium bulbs are about 1 1/2"-2" wide, and the small bulbs are about 1/2"-1" wide. Price is for 3 bulb bunch.
