These are fresh, young, tender, full-flavor leaves without stalk or stem, ready for your kitchen. This herb loves cool weather and is coming straight out of the open gardens here at the farm. Use it fresh in Tex-Mex cooking, in soups and salsa, or fresh on your taco. It will add delicious flavor to sea food, pork, fish, chicken and lamb. Fresh is best but it can be frozen to retain some of its flavor. (Don't bother drying it...you might as well use dead leaves from your yard and they're a lot cheaper)!

Half price!! This is still the same great garlic. It has just started sprouting. You'll get 3 sprouted bulbs medium size for just $3.00. I cut the clove down the middle vertically and pull out the sprout after I've pealed it. Then just mince it up in your meal like you normally do. But I've also minced it up sprout in all, it has just a slightly bitter taste like that. Most people don't notice it though. These just won't be as good for roasting in the oven.
