I have been farming commercial fruit trees and grapevines since 1983. We bought our home in Georgia in 2006 and the first thing I did was plant an organic garden. I use no fertilizer or synthetic pesticides, only compost made onsite. The garden kept growing, used for personal consumption and lots of giving away to friends!

In 2023 I took the MasterGardeners class through UGA Extension and realized how much I need to learn. I also started to sell at Cleveland Farmers Market in 2024. I plant what we like to eat and sell and share anything extra.
