Southern recipe fig preserves, but not as sweet! My great grandmother made fig preserves from the backyard fig trees in College Park. I remember visiting and all the bees scared me! Funny how we grow up and learn what’s really good in life. But these I made with our figs, organic cane sugar and coconut sugar, so they aren’t too sweet to eat. Coconut sugar doesn’t mess with our blood sugar, so that’s a plus. These are shelf stable, canned and waiting for you to pop open and enjoy. French toast comes to mind… Wide mouth ball jar.

These pretzels are amazing the day of pick up, they are fresh baked right before delivery and should be consumed the same day. They are made from our organic whole wheat and wheat flours, yeast, lard, a touch of salt and honey and sprinkled with coarse sea salt.

** Because we are running very low on our dehydrated holy basil, this tea will not be available much longer! It will be back mid summer at least. This dried herbal tea was created for our granddaughter as she began kindergarten. It helped her stay calm and balanced in her new environment. Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, Tulsi, Rose petals, Red Clover blossoms, Lemon balm and Stevia leaf. Herbs are grown here on the farm or sourced from organic growers. Makes four quarts: use 1/2 cup tea for one quart boiling water. Put your tea in a quart mason jar and pour boiling water to fill, cover for 20 minutes to over night if desired for iced tea. Strain and enjoy!
