Our Katahdin lambs are pasture raised, grass fed, and grass finished. Harvested at 10 months of age, they are given no grain, no drugs, and no chemicals. Kelp meal and salt provide the necessary mineral supplementation. Spring water from the Northeast Georgia mountains keep our lambs hydrated as they graze pastures that are more like prairies providing a polyculture of grasses and native forages. We implement regenerative agricultural practices by frequently moving our lambs onto well rested fresh paddocks.
