Farmers and Artisans only take orders from Fridays 9:00pm through Mondays 9:00pm. Pickup time is Wednesdays 5 – 6:30pm all year long. If you don’t see the “add to cart” button by the products during market hours, make sure you are signed in!

Pasture raised chicken backs and feet to make bone broth. Our chickens are not fed any corn or soy. Our pasture raised chickens are humanely processed at a USDA certified organic facility right here in Georgia. How we cook it: The Bone Broth Bundle will make 3 separate batches. Add backs and feet to a crock pot. Fill with water, salt, any veggie scraps and/ or herbs you desire with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Simmer on low 48 hrs. Strain and enjoy. Keeps well frozen in widemouth glass jars without "shoulders".
