Sage is a perennial, evergreen subshrub that is in the mint family and native to the Mediterrian region. It has grayish leaves, woody stems and blueish flowers and can grow between 12 and 30 inches in height. It likes to grow near rosemary, cabbage and carrots, but not cucumbers.

Delicious mild breakfast sausage from pasture raised, heritage breed hogs. No nitrates or sulfites. Only natural ingredients: pork, salt, sage, red pepper, sugar, and black pepper. All of our pork is raised on pasture and provided a supplemental ration of non-GMO and soy free feed. We rotate our hogs to fresh paddocks regularly where they enjoy a fresh dinner plate of native forages. Regular moves allow us to raise our pork without the use of medications or chemicals.
