We made our awesome Kimchi and had lots of beautiful brine left after we packaged it. It is a thick, spicy and very flavorful brine that still has chunks of napa cabbage in it! It is absolutely delicious on rice, meats, eggs and just as a dipping sauce. It is also a wonderful soup base.
