Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Wildflower Honey
  • Lemon & Cucumber Slices

Instructions

  1. 1
Start by juicing your cucumbers either with a juicer or with the blender method. For the blender method, chop them roughly and blend along with the lemon juice in a high-speed blender, then strain through a fine cheesecloth.
  2. 2
To help the honey dissolve more easily, combine it with equal parts hot water until it is fully dissolved.
  3. 3
Lastly, combine your cucumber juice, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup. Pour over lots of ice and garnish with fresh cucumber and lemon slices!
