Ingredients
- 3 lbs Cucumbers
- 1 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Wildflower Honey
- Lemon & Cucumber Slices
Instructions
- 1Start by juicing your cucumbers either with a juicer or with the blender method. For the blender method, chop them roughly and blend along with the lemon juice in a high-speed blender, then strain through a fine cheesecloth.
- 2To help the honey dissolve more easily, combine it with equal parts hot water until it is fully dissolved.
- 3Lastly, combine your cucumber juice, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup. Pour over lots of ice and garnish with fresh cucumber and lemon slices!
