The large & medium bulbs are great for roasting in the oven or like I do, the lazy way, simmer the individual peeled cloves in olive oil with a lid on the cooktop for about 15 minutes, add salt, basil, oregano, parsley and bon appetite! The large bulbs are about 2"-2 1/2+" wide, the medium bulbs are about 1 1/2"-2" wide, and the small bulbs are about 1/2"-1" wide. Price is per bulb.

The horseradish has taken over one of our raised beds and we will be pulling a lot of it out. If you are fermenting cucumbers you might like to have some horseradish leaves to cover the brine. That’s why this listing is here, I used them last year and all went very well. They are pretty large for the most part, can be cut as needed of course. Watch for roots next week!
