Curly Top Mushroom Farm

We are in our third year of production growing shiitaki mushrooms in oak logs.
We use no synthetic chemicals or fertilizers. We have approximately 1200 logs inoculated and now producing beautiful shiitake mushrooms. We grow in our back yard, so our mushrooms are always local and fresh! (Clayton, Ga.)
