Hello! My bakery’s focus is to bring quality and wholesome baked goods to my surrounding community. I have training in classic French pastries such as croissants, eclairs, tarts, macaroons, bread making, etc. as well as a ton of experience baking with gluten-free flours. We provide delicious baked goods for gluten-free and vegan customers without compromising on flavor. We don’t use any soy, preservatives or stabilizers in our products. And strive to have every ingredient be organic!
