OUR GROWERS

Here is a list of growers and producers currently selling through Northeast Georgia Locally Grown. All of them are located in or near Rabun, Habersham, and Hall Counties.

All of the products you buy come directly from the grower or producer. There are no resellers, no middle men, and nothing but fresh locally grown products.

Like at a traditional farmers market, these growers describe their own products, set their own prices, and are selling directly to you.

BECOMING A GROWER FOR LOCALLY GROWN- If you’re interested in selling your products through this market we encourage you to have a very good understanding of how the online market works before you apply to be a grower. You should carefully read through the entire website or even consider signing up as a customer and place a couple of orders so you can see firsthand how we operate.

Next, you should read our GUIDELINES FOR GROWERS (if you want to sell a processed food you should also download this PDF). In order to be approved as a new grower you must certify that your farm CURRENTLY meets all the requirements to sell your specific products through the Locally Grown market. To insure that the market provides the most sustainable foods available, and also follows all state regulations we require you to sign a disclosure statement and provide some additional information about your farm prior to selling on the market.

To apply to be a grower, you’ll simply open an account just like a customer would, and after signing in, return to this Growers Page and at the bottom of the page you’ll see this message “If you would like to sell through this market, please tell us about yourself and a market manager will contact you.” You’ll be asked a series of questions about your farm. We will then schedule a required farm visit by one of the market managers to meet you and see your farm!
