We start with our own organic whole wheat flour and add a touch of organic sugar,yeast, and organic egg to make a dough perfect to roll with fresh ground cinnamon and sugar and studded with raisins. This dried herbal tea was created for our granddaughter as she began kindergarten. It helped her stay clam and balanced in her new environment. Ingredients: Hibiscus flowers, Tulsi, Rose petals, Red Clover blossoms, Lemon balm and Stevia leaf. Herbs are grown here on the farm or sourced from organic growers. Makes four quarts: use 1/2 cup tea for one quart boiling water. Put your tea in a quart mason jar and pour boiling water to fill, cover for 20 minutes to over night if desired for iced tea. Strain and enjoy!

Our farm grown holy basil makes a delicious and balancing tea for any time of the day. Enjoyable Iced or hot. We use a heaping spoonful per cup of just boiled water. It's also a great herb to make tea blends with, like a nighttime chamomile/holy basil/licorice root tea. All of our herbal teas are caffeine free! For your own herbal extract, place in a mason jar and cover with 40% vodka or brandy, shaking daily for 4-6 weeks. Use a dropperful (or 1/4-1/2 teaspoon) twice a day for adaptogen benefits.

Farm grown nettle, peppermint and moringa fill this tea with vitamins and minerals. The peppermint has become a popular herb (but always been a favorite in my book!), beneficial for the respiratory and digestive systems, and a great catalyst for the other herbs. For the symptoms related to enlarged prostate, we have found that nettle root is a helpful herb, combined in the tincture with saw palmetto and pumpkin seed, both organically sourced, to support prostate health as aging occurs. The owner of that aging prostate may find that multiple nighttime trips to the bathroom are not necessary when a dropperful is taken in the morning as well as at night. You'll want to add it to a bit of water, juice or tea, as the taste is not unlike what you might expect from a root! The alcohol we use for extraction is organic, either grain or sugar cane based.
