Half price!! This is still the same great garlic. It has just started sprouting. You'll get 3 sprouted bulbs some large and some medium size for just $3.00. I cut the clove down the middle vertically and pull out the sprout after I've pealed it. Then just mince it up in your meal like you normally do. But I've also minced it up sprout in all, it has just a slightly bitter taste like that. Most people don't notice it though. These just won't be as good for roasting in the oven.

The horseradish has taken over one of our raised beds and we will be pulling a lot of it out. If you are fermenting cucumbers you might like to have some horseradish leaves to cover the brine. A friend just cook the most delicious curry with stinging nettles and mint picked on Little Toccoa Creek Farm. It was so good I just have to offer it on NGLG. The "sting" disappeared when it was cooked. It made a beautiful dark green curry.
