Here at Cairn Rock Farm we are focused on providing nourishing, organic foods and herbs for ourselves and our local community.

We are a sustainably-minded group of individuals who see ourselves as actively meeting the challenges that face our planet and our needs as a species for proper nutritional nourishment.

We take pride in working the soil by hand, while also following biodynamic sowing & transplanting principles.

Our farm incorporates permaculture principles, and aims to create a space for learning, growing, and enjoying all of mother nature’s bounty.

We grow vegetables of all kinds, wild-forage herbs and medicinals, raise free-range chickens, and keep bees naturally, without the use of chemical treatments or sugar-water feed supplements.

We don’t use any chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides or other non-natural inputs for “growing food”.
